  18. After seeing this video I was inspired and wanted to do the challenge to complete the workout without stopping. First day today working out. After yoga and a plank challenge this was my third workout. Loving the song so was very motivated. Wasn’t easy, my legs burned, of course the whole point, and great cardio. Planning on doing this every Thursday, Sun. and Tuesday. Thanks ladies for posting this. Would love to see more videos like this.
